General Refund and Cancellation Policy

Classroom Courses: No refunds once the course has commenced. Cancellations prior to the start date may incur deductions for issued materials.
Online Courses: Refunds are not available once access is granted.
Shipping Fees: Non-refundable; return shipping fees (if any) will be deducted from refunds.
Materials Issued: Study materials are non-refundable. If canceled before the course start date, the material cost will be deducted from the refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Non-WSET Courses

Cancellations >14 Days Before Start: Eligible for a full refund minus any issued study material costs.
Cancellations <14 Days Before Start: Refunds issued with a 20% cancellation fee and material deductions.
After Course Begins: No refunds for non-attendance or course commencement.

WSET Courses – Refunds, Exam Policies, and Transfers

Course Registration: Confirmed only after full payment; materials provided upon payment.
Exam Deadlines: Registration required 21 business days prior to exam date.
Missed Exams: Exam fees forfeited unless canceled more than 16 days in advance.
One-Year Exam Window: Exams must be completed within one year of enrollment.
Rescheduling Fees: Within 16 days incurs a ₹3,000 + GST fee plus registration costs.

Transfers, Rescheduling, and Remote Invigilation for WSET Exams

Course Transfers: Allowed within 6 months, subject to availability.

Remote Invigilation: Instructions for system checks provided; forfeiture of exam fee for technical non-compliance or failure to complete checks.

Missed Classes or Exams Policy

Missed Exams: Fees forfeited; rebooking requires an additional fee.
Missed Classes: No refunds or make-up sessions. Students should review course materials independently.

Corporate Workshops and Events

Cancellations: Full refunds if canceled >14 days before event. Cancellations <14 days are non-refundable.
Transfers: Allowed within 8 months, based on availability.

Affiliate Programs and Partner Courses

Affiliate Policies: Refunds, transfers, and cancellations depend on partner terms.
Technical Requirements: Responsibility on students to meet system requirements for remote exams.

Force Majeure Events

Unforeseen Events: Registration transfers or full refunds provided in cases like pandemics or natural disasters, with at least 14 days’ notice for postponements or cancellations.

Exam Day Requirements

Identification: Government-issued photo ID required on exam day. Non-compliance results in forfeiture of exam fees.
Remote Exam Compliance: Technical requirements and system checks mandatory; forfeiture of fees for non-compliance.

Feedback: Encouraged for continuous improvement; students requesting refunds may share insights to enhance future services.
